Central Park South Residence
Complete renovation — bathrooms, flooring refinish, painting, and a full Level 5 skim coat throughout.
Client Problem:

The client initially wanted a limited scope: refinish the floors, paint, and redo the bathrooms. Once work began, the walls were found to be severely deteriorated. Compounding this, the client lived abroad and was unable to be present — the entire project had to be coordinated remotely.
Solution:

URBEX brought every wall to a full Level 5 skim coat rather than finishing over a compromised substrate, and managed the entire project remotely — handling coordination, decisions, and documentation without the client on site.
Result:
The client visited only twice across the full project and saw the apartment essentially complete on arrival. She was delighted.
